Shipping Methods

All physical orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, which is the most affordable option for books and printed materials. Media Mail is a special postal rate available for books, making it the best value for our customers.

Shipping labels and tracking are managed through our integrated shipping platform, Shippo, which connects directly to USPS for reliable label creation and real-time tracking updates.

Flat Rate Shipping: $4.47

One flat rate covers your entire order, no matter how many books or items you purchase.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $25

Spend $25 or more and shipping is on us! This applies automatically at checkout.

Digital Downloads

Ebooks, printable activity packs, and other digital products are available for instant download — no shipping required!

Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons (holidays, book launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Transit Time: USPS Media Mail typically takes 3–8 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take slightly longer.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from the date of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through your My Account page on our website.

Tracking information is generated automatically through Shippo when your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking updates to appear.

Please note that Media Mail tracking updates may not be as frequent as Priority Mail. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, this is normal — your package is still on its way!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with state and local tax laws. Tax rates are managed through Avalara, ensuring accurate and up-to-date calculations.

Some states exempt children's books from sales tax. If your state qualifies, the exemption will be applied automatically.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship physical products within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

In the meantime, our ebooks are available worldwide through Amazon, and digital printable activity packs can be downloaded instantly from our shop — no matter where you are.
