When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental/guardian consent. All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

We accept payment through Stripe, which supports major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Scribbles Club is a free membership program. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or recurring payments. All membership benefits — including printables, early book previews, exclusive activities, and community features — are included at no cost.

Membership benefits are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits and features with reasonable notice.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, illustrations, character designs (Milli, Milton, Scribble, and all Scribbleverse characters), logos, graphics, images, and printable materials — is the property of Scribbles by Marcy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Illustrations are created by Caterina Baldi and are used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Printable materials downloaded from the Site or received through membership are for personal and educational use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of printable materials is prohibited.

If you submit content to the Site (such as reviews, comments, or community gallery submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Site and services.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scribbles by Marcy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
